Studio site and template library

Admix Lab

The public site, sales tools and in-house product of Admix Lab, the Dubai studio I founded. I designed and built all three: a bilingual Next.js 16 site with case studies and a meeting scheduler, a template library prospects can try before a call, and Admix Flow, a booking CRM still in development.

Prospective clients. Admix Lab's public site in English and Arabic: services, the studio's products, case studies and a scheduler to book a call.

  • Bilingual EN/AR Next.js 16 site with case studies, product pages and a built-in meeting scheduler
  • 14 industry templates, each with a site, an admin console and three themes, plus 13 brand kits
  • Launch kit built in code: bilingual social posts and Remotion reels on the site's design tokens

Challenge

Admix Lab needed a public home that reads as a product studio rather than a generic agency. It had to work in English and Arabic from day one, load fast, and hold client case studies, the studio's own products and a simple way to book a call.

Two sales problems sat behind it. Small businesses find it hard to judge a website from a deck or a static mock-up, and every launch needed social and sales material in one visual language, without a separate design pipeline for each channel.

Approach

I rebuilt admixlab.com on Next.js 16 and React 19 around a documented design system: color tokens, a Geist and Fraunces type pairing, motion curves and component specs. English and Arabic share one dictionary, and every layout mirrors for right-to-left reading.

Instead of a third-party booking widget, I built the scheduler: availability and booking API routes, slots stored in Postgres through Prisma with a uniqueness constraint so no time can be booked twice, and confirmation emails in English or Arabic through Resend.

The 14 templates follow one shared spec: a generic placeholder brand, exactly three themes, and English and Arabic on every page. The launch kit renders Instagram posts, stories and reel covers from HTML and reels from Remotion, all on the site's design tokens, so new material from the Admix Lab team comes out on brand.

Impact

admixlab.com is live in English and Arabic, with a filterable index of 9 case studies, product pages and a built-in booking flow.

All 14 templates and their gallery are live at admixlab.com/templates. A prospect can try a working site and its admin console before the first call, and Admix Lab has a ready starting point for client builds.

Admix Flow is in development. Its December 2025 build covers bookings, Stripe payments, invoices and a site builder for each business, and its product page is live on admixlab.com.

Prospects, before the first call

Template library

Working templates for 14 industries that a prospect can click through before we meet: a site, an admin console and three themes each, in English and Arabic. Every name and figure in them is a placeholder.

  • Industries from aesthetic clinics and boutique hotels to car rental, logistics and e-commerce
  • Three switchable themes per template, 42 in all, with the visitor's theme and language remembered
  • A demo admin console in the browser for every template, such as e-commerce with products, orders, inventory and analytics
  • Brand kits for 13 of the templates: logo system, stationery, social and sales materials
Boutique hotel template: a poolside photo behind the headline “A quiet kind of luxury.” and an availability bar for check-in, check-out, guests and room type

Business owners

Admix Flow

In development. Admix Lab's own booking CRM: bookings, customers, staff, payments and the business's website in one dashboard. This is the December 2025 build with test data.

  • Owner overview with a money screen: revenue today, over the last 7 days and this month, and paid against unpaid bookings
  • Bookings, customers, services, staff, invoices and billing in one navigation
  • Public booking page with Stripe payments; a signed webhook confirms the booking when payment succeeds
  • Each business on the platform gets its own site, with pages, domain, theme and SEO settings
Admix Flow product page on admixlab.com: the headline “The operating system for modern businesses”, a Request Demo button and a preview of the booking CRM dashboard
The product page is live; the platform itself is in development.
Roadmap section with five stages: V1 Booking & Websites, V2 Themes & E-commerce, V3 Unified Messaging & Marketing, V4 AI Automation & Smart Workflows, V5 Enterprise & Multi-branch
The public roadmap, V1 to V5. The platform has not launched publicly yet.
