Cross-border coach transport
Belad Al Sham
The platform a Dubai passenger transport company runs on: booking site, staff back-office, partner portal and two store apps.
Passengers. Passengers search live departures, book in two steps and receive a QR e-ticket, in English or Arabic.

Healthcare professional network
LILVA
A professional network for UAE healthcare workers: iOS and Android apps, a web app, an employer portal and an admin console, all on one API.
Healthcare professionals. lilva.ae introduces the network and hosts the public license-transfer request form. Signed-in members use the feed, network, messages and jobs on the web.

- 219 API routes, 71 data models, about 117,000 lines of TypeScript

Order-ahead pickup marketplace
Barq
Order ahead, collect in person: a pickup marketplace for Ras Al Khaimah, with a personalized sticker printed for the cup, bouquet or bag.
Customers. Find a nearby store, order ahead, add a sticker and collect at the counter or from the car, on iOS and Android. Stores and ratings shown are seeded demo data.
- Customer app, store dashboard, POS, website and admin console on one API, with live order updates
- 126 REST endpoints and 35 data models
- A custom Kotlin module with 11 native functions for the Sunmi printer: stickers, receipts and QR codes
- Full Arabic parity, enforced by a test: 1,220 English and 1,256 Arabic keys (Arabic adds plural forms)

Trained on machines first.
B.Sc. in Mechatronics Engineering from Canadian University Dubai. Robots, drones and control loops taught me to design systems that behave predictably and fail safely, which is exactly what operations software needs.

An engineer who stays for the operation.
I founded Admix Lab in Dubai to build software for businesses that run on schedules, people and paperwork: coach operators, clinics, schools, food brands. We design the whole system together, the public site customers see and the portals and apps the team runs it from.
I lead the product and the engineering myself, from the data model and integrations to the last detail of the Arabic layout, and I keep building after launch as the operation grows.
