From Idea to CAD
The cover started as a rough concept to improve safety and usability of an existing laser machine.
Using Fusion 360, the model was designed with vents, access panels, and mounting points aligned to real hardware.
Prototyping & Fit
Multiple 3D-printed iterations were used to validate tolerances and assembly before final printing.
The final cover fits cleanly over the device while preserving service access and airflow.
